Triggers
Start a workflow when something happens in FareHarbor.
- New bookingRuns when a booking is made at a company, with its availability, contact and customers. Bookings made before the workflow was turned on don't start it.
- Availability nearly fullRuns once for each coming availability of an item, in the days ahead you choose, that has the number of spaces left you set or fewer. Availabilities already that full when the workflow is turned on don't start it.
- New itemRuns when a company adds an item (a tour or activity) you can book, with its customer types and prices. Items already there when the workflow is turned on don't start it.
- New companyRuns when a company gives your keys access, so you can book for it. Companies that gave it before the workflow was turned on don't start it.
Actions
Steps a workflow can run in FareHarbor.
- List companiesList the companies (operators) your keys can book for, with their shortnames, which the other steps take.
- Get companyGet a company's details: its time zone, address, website, contact details and booking notes.
- List itemsList a company's items (its tours and activities) with their customer types and prices.
- Get itemGet one item (a tour or activity): its description, location, cancellation policy, and customer types with their prices.
- List availabilitiesList an item's availabilities (its dates and times) on a day or over up to 31 days, with spaces left and each customer type's rate and price.
- Get availabilityGet one availability: its item, times, spaces left, rates, the questions a booking answers and its booking and cancellation cutoffs.
- List lodgingsList the hotels and other lodgings a company can pick customers up from.
- List lodgings for an availabilityList the lodgings for one availability, with whether and when customers staying there are picked up.
- Validate bookingCheck whether a booking can be made, and its price, without making it.
- Create bookingBook customers on an availability. It's a real booking: the company sees it, and FareHarbor may email the contact.
- Get bookingGet a booking: its availability, contact, customers, total, check-in statuses and whether it can still be cancelled.
- Update booking noteReplace a booking's note.
- Rebook bookingMove a booking to another availability, or change who's on it. FareHarbor cancels it and makes a new booking with the same contact; the result is the new booking.
- Cancel bookingCancel a booking. Whether it can be, and any refund, follows the company's cancellation policy; a booking can always be cancelled in the 5 minutes after it's made.
- List bookings for an availabilityList every booking on an availability, with its contact and status.
- List bookings made on a dateList the bookings made at a company on one day (in UTC), with their status. 'Get booking' gives each one's details.
- Check in bookingCheck in everyone on a booking, or one customer, or clear a check-in.
- Check in by QR codeCheck in the customer whose QR code was scanned, or their whole booking.
- Resend confirmation emailSend the confirmation email again for every booking with this contact email whose activity falls between two dates. FareHarbor sends it to the address on each booking, and never says whether any matched.
- List usersList a company's users (its staff), whose usernames 'Add crew member' takes.
- List crew membersList the staff assigned to an availability, with their roles.
- Add crew memberAssign a staff member to an availability, with a role and a note.
- Update crew memberChange a crew member's role or note on an availability. Fields left blank keep what they have.
- Remove crew memberTake a staff member off an availability's crew.
