Enterprise

Automation your security team can say yes to.

Single sign-on and SCIM, roles down to the folder, an audit log you can stream, credentials kept in your own vault, and capacity and support agreed with you.

Credentials encrypted in transit and at rest.

What Enterprise adds

Everything in Pro, including single sign-on, SCIM and the audit log, and then these.

  • Secrets in your own vault

Workflows read credentials from your HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud Secret Manager, 1Password, Infisical or CyberArk Conjur when they run, so Lodol never stores a copy.

  • Capacity set for you

Runs a month, workflows running at once and API limits agreed with you, rather than chosen from a plan's tiers.

  • Support with SLAs

Priority support, with service levels written for your organization.

  • Dedicated onboarding

Work with the Lodol team to set up your workspace and build the first workflows with your team.

  • Pay by invoice

Invoices on your billing terms, instead of a card on file.

  • Procurement your way

We work through your plan, your terms and your procurement process with you.

Who gets in

Your identity provider decides

Single sign-on, SCIM and security policies are on Pro, from $120 a month, and on Enterprise.

Your identity provider decides
CapabilityFreeBuilderProEnterprise
Single sign-on (SAML or OpenID Connect)Sign in through your company's identity provider, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, over OpenID Connect or SAML, and require it of your workspace's members.
SCIM provisioningYour identity provider adds people to your workspace when they're given access, removes them when they lose it or leave, and sets their role from the groups it has them in.
Security policiesRules everyone in your workspace has to meet: require two-factor authentication or single sign-on, allow only your email domains or IP addresses, sign people out after a time, and turn off public links.
Two-factor authenticationAdd an extra layer of account security with a second verification step during login.
Custom roles and folder access controlsCreate custom roles with exactly the permissions each member needs, beyond the built-in Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer, and choose who can open each folder, workflow, app and document.
AI app access controlsTurn off AI tool access to your workspace, or allow only the AI apps you choose.

What you can see

Every change and every run, on the record

Who did what in the workspace, and what each run did, step by step.

Activity audit log and exportSee who did what in your workspace, and export it for compliance, security, and operational review. Every entry is kept this long, then deleted for good.2 years2 years
Log streamingSend your audit log and workflow runs to your own SIEM or log platform, such as Datadog, Splunk or Sentry, as they happen.
Step-by-step run historyEvery run is traced step by step, with timings, so you can see what each step did, when, and how long it took. Finished runs are kept this long, then deleted for good. On Builder and Pro you can choose a shorter time.30 days18 months18 monthsCustom
Version history and rollbackSee every saved version of a workflow, app or document, compare any two, and roll back in a click. Every plan keeps your versions, so they're all there when you upgrade.
Encrypted secretsAPI keys, passwords, and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.
External secret storesKeep credentials in your own HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud Secret Manager, 1Password, Infisical or CyberArk Conjur. Workflows read them when they run, so Lodol never stores a copy.

Workflow runsA run is one pass of a workflow, however many steps it takes, whether you start it or a schedule, a trigger, an app or the API does. On Builder and Pro you choose how many runs you need each month. Runs reset on the 1st of every month (UTC); if they run out, new runs pause until then unless you choose more or turn on extra runs.100 / month2,500–50,000 / month10,000–250,000 / monthCustom

Questions enterprise teams ask

Enterprise is priced for your organization: the runs, the workflows running at once and the API limits you need, set in an agreement with us. Talk to us for a quote. Pro, which already includes single sign-on, SCIM, security policies and the audit log, starts at $120 a month.

On Pro and Enterprise. Members sign in through your identity provider, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, over SAML or OpenID Connect, and you can require it. SCIM adds and removes people and sets their roles from your groups.

On Enterprise. Workflows can read credentials from your own HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud Secret Manager, 1Password, Infisical or CyberArk Conjur when they run, so Lodol never stores a copy.

On Pro and Enterprise, admins can turn off AI tool access to the workspace, or allow only the AI apps they choose. On every plan, a connected tool can only do what its person's role allows.

Our trust portal, trust.lodol.com, is where we publish our security policies and documents. For anything it doesn't answer, talk to us and we'll put you in touch with the right person.

Ask your AI for your first automation.

Connect it in one step. Your AI builds the workflow, and Lodol runs it and tells you if anything breaks.
