Queued workflows wait for an available runner. Free runs may start more slowly during periods of high demand, while paid plans receive higher priority. If your team frequently has workflows waiting in the queue, upgrading gives you faster execution priority.
No. You can start on the Free plan without entering payment information. A credit card is only required when upgrading to Builder or Pro. Business plans are handled through sales-assisted procurement.
