Subprocessors
The companies that help us run Lodol and may process personal data for us: what each one does, and where.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Each company below has signed data protection terms with us.
| Company | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Hosts the Lodol app and stores your files. Keeps the credentials for the apps you connect, which Google also replicates outside the United States. Google Analytics measures how people use the Lodol app. | United States | |
| IPinfo | Looks up the approximate location of a new sign-in, for the security alert we email you. | United States |
| MongoDB | Hosts the database that holds your account, workspaces, workflows and run history. | United States |
| Sentry | Collects error reports so we can find and fix problems quickly. | United States |
| Stripe | Processes payments and manages subscriptions, including your billing email and tax ID. | United States |
| Twilio SendGrid | Delivers the emails Lodol sends, such as sign-in codes, invitations and workflow run alerts. | United States |
| TypeSafe | Decides the workflow conditions you set to “Use judgment.” | United States |
Apps you connect
When your workflows send data to an app you’ve connected, such as Gmail, HubSpot or Salesforce, or to an AI model you use with your own account, that company isn’t our subprocessor. You chose it and sent the data there, so your own agreement with that company covers how it handles the data.
