What it does

Each integration step this workflow runs, in order, what it is for, and the conditions and loops that decide when it runs.

How it works

What happens on each run, in plain English.

Refunds should not be one click away from anyone with the Stripe login. When a row is added to your Refunds tab, your finance manager is asked to approve it first.

If they approve, the payment is refunded in Stripe for the amount in the row and the row's Status becomes Refunded; if they decline, it becomes Declined and nothing is refunded. Your tab needs columns named Customer email, Payment ID, Amount and Reason, where Payment ID is the Stripe payment's id and Amount is in dollars.
