Contracts renew automatically when nobody is watching the date. Every morning at 9:00 this reads your Contracts sheet and emails the owner of each contract that is exactly 30 days from its renewal date, so there is time to review or renegotiate.
Your sheet needs columns named Contract, Renewal date and Owner email. Each contract is reminded once, because only the one day matches.
