How it works

Opening a calendar to see what the day holds is one more tab. Every weekday at 7:30 this emails you a table of today's meetings, with the time, the title, where it is and which guests come from outside your company, so you know which calls are with clients.
It also says how many hours you spend in meetings. On a day with no meetings no email is sent. You type your email and your company's email ending (such as acme.com) the first time you open it.
