How it works

Everything the template sets up, and what to fill in before the first run.

Every 15 minutes this workflow reads the unread mail in your inbox and decides which messages are asking to arrange a meeting that still needs a time. For each one it looks forward through your calendar, weekday by weekday, at the times of day you are happy to meet, and keeps the first few that are genuinely free.

It then writes a short reply offering exactly those times and sends it in the original thread. Only slots the calendar reported as free are ever offered, and the times come from your calendar rather than from the model, so nothing is proposed on top of an existing commitment.

Every message it has finished with gets the 'Meeting-times-checked' label, and the search skips anything already carrying it, so nobody is sent two replies. A message it could not read, classify or draft a reply for is logged and left unlabelled, so the next run picks it up again.

Set it up by filling in the 'yourName' and 'timeZone' steps. The times of day offered, the meeting length, how far ahead to look and how many options to send are all plain settings at the top.
