Zendesk

Triggers

  • New ticketRuns for each new Zendesk ticket, with what the customer wrote and who sent it. Tickets already there when the workflow is turned on don't start it. How often it checks follows your workspace plan.
  • Ticket updatedBeta. Runs each time a Zendesk ticket changes: a reply, a new status, a new assignee, a tag. Runs once per change. A brand-new ticket doesn't start it; use New ticket for those.
  • Ticket solvedBeta. Runs when a Zendesk ticket is solved, such as to send a follow-up or note the outcome somewhere else. Runs once per ticket. Tickets solved before the workflow is turned on don't start it.

Actions

  • Create ticketCreate a Zendesk ticket with a subject and description, and optionally set the requester, priority, type, status, tags, assignee and group.
  • Get ticketRetrieve every field of a single Zendesk ticket.
  • Add tags to a ticketAdd tags to a ticket and keep the ones it already has. Update ticket replaces the whole set instead. A closed ticket can't be tagged.
  • Update ticketChange a ticket's subject, status, priority, type, assignee, group or tags. Only the fields you set are changed.
  • Delete ticketDelete a ticket. It moves to Zendesk's deleted-tickets list, where an admin can still restore it.
  • List ticketsList the account's tickets, newest or oldest first.
