Every application gets read the same way. When someone submits your job application form in Fillout, an AI step scores them from 1 to 10 against the requirements you write once, and says in a sentence why.
Every applicant is logged in your sheet with the score. Strong candidates are flagged to the recruiter in Slack and clear misses get a short, polite decline by email. Those in between wait for a person.
