Kanboard

• New taskRuns when a task is created in Kanboard, in every project the connected user is in or one.
• Task moved to columnRuns when a task is moved to another column in Kanboard, such as to Done, in every project the connected user is in or one.
• Task closedRuns when a task is closed in Kanboard, in every project the connected user is in or one.

• Create taskAdd a task to a board, such as one from a form, an email or an alert, in a column and swimlane, with an assignee, due date, colour, category, tags, priority and a description.
• Update taskChange a task's title, description, assignee, dates, colour, category, priority, tags, reference or complexity. Only the fields you fill in change.
• Move taskMove a task to another column or swimlane of its board, such as to Done, at the top or bottom of the column.
• Close taskClose a task, as when it's finished. It stays in its column, hidden from the board. A closed task is left as it is.
• Reopen taskOpen a closed task again, back on the board in the column it was in. An open task is left as it is.
• Add commentComment on a task, as the connected user.
• Add subtaskAdd a subtask, a step of the task to tick off, with someone to do it and a time estimate.
• Get taskGet a task's details, with its comments and subtasks if you ask for them.
• Find tasksFind tasks by project, open or closed, column, swimlane, assignee, category, tag, when they're due or words in their title, or with Kanboard's own search. Soonest due first, unless you pick another order.
• Delete taskDelete a task with its comments and subtasks, for good: Kanboard has no bin to restore it from.
• List projectsList the projects the connected user is a member of, with their IDs.
• List columnsList a project's columns, left to right, and its swimlanes, with their IDs.
