Actions
Steps a workflow can run in Greip.
- Look up IP addressFind where an IP address is (country, region, city, coordinates) and which network runs it. Add Security to see whether it is a VPN, proxy, Tor exit node or hosting provider.
- Look up several IP addressesLook up a list of IP addresses in one request. Greip reads about 10 IPv4 addresses at a time (159 characters). Invalid and repeated addresses are skipped.
- Look up countryGet facts about a country: its name, capital, population, dialing code, internet domain and whether it is in the EU. Add language, currency or flag as needed.
- Look up AS numberFind who runs an autonomous system (a network on the internet): its owner, contact details, kind of network and the address blocks it owns.
- Look up card BINFind the card network, card type, issuing bank and country behind the first digits of a card number. Only the first eight digits are ever sent, so a whole number can be pasted.
- Validate IBANCheck that an IBAN is valid and find its country, currency and bank. An invalid IBAN is an answer, not an error: is_valid is false.
- Look up domainCheck whether a domain is new, dangerous, disposable or set up properly for email (mail servers, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). A domain Greip has not seen yet comes back empty and is collected for the next day.
- Score IP addressRate how risky an IP address is, from 0 to 100, with a risk level (low, medium, high), a suggestion (accept, review, reject) and the signals behind it: VPN, proxy, Tor, bot, hosting or blocklist.
- Score email addressCheck an email address goes beyond its spelling: whether its domain can receive mail, whether it is disposable, free or role-based, and an overall risk level with the reasons.
- Score phone numberCheck whether a phone number is valid for its country, disposable or blocklisted, with its carrier and an overall risk level with the reasons.
- Detect profanityScreen text for profanity and abusive language before it is published. Returns a risk level (low, medium, high) and a suggestion (accept, review, reject).
- Score paymentRate how likely a payment is to be fraud, from 0 to 100, with a suggestion (accept, review, reject) and the rules that flagged it. Fill in whatever you know: the more you give, the more rules Greip can check.
- Delete user dataPermanently delete everything Greip stored about one person (their scored payments, IPs, emails, phone numbers and IBANs), for example to answer a data deletion request. It cannot be undone, and Greip allows 3 a day.
