Triggers

Start a workflow when something happens in Ecwid by Lightspeed.

  • New orderRuns when an order is placed in the Ecwid store, at checkout, in the admin or by another app, with its items, totals and addresses. Orders already there when the workflow is turned on don't start it.
  • Order placed or changedRuns when an order is placed or changes in any way, such as its status, items or tracking number: once for each change. Changes made before the workflow is turned on don't start it.
  • Order payment status changedRuns when an order gets a new payment status, such as Paid or Refunded, or only when it gets the status you choose. A new order counts for the status it's placed with.
  • Order fulfillment status changedRuns when an order gets a new fulfillment status, such as Shipped or Delivered, or only when it gets the status you choose. A new order counts for the status it's placed with.
  • Order deletedRuns when an order is deleted from the store, with Ecwid's internal number for it (not the order ID customers see) and when it was deleted.
  • New customerRuns when a customer registers or places their first order, with their email, address and group. Customers already there when the workflow is turned on don't start it.
  • Customer added or changedRuns when a customer is added or their details change, such as their address or group: once for each change. Changes made before the workflow is turned on don't start it.
  • Customer deletedRuns when a customer is deleted from the store, with their ID and when it happened.
  • New productRuns when a product is added to the catalog, with its price, stock and categories. Products already there when the workflow is turned on don't start it.
  • Product added or changedRuns when a product is added or changes, such as its price or stock after a sale: once for each change. Changes made before the workflow is turned on don't start it.
  • Product low on stockRuns when a product's stock changes and is at or below its low stock level, or the level you choose: after each sale while it's low. Products with unlimited stock never start it.
  • Product out of stockRuns when a product with tracked stock sells out, or changes while it has none left. Products with unlimited stock never start it.
  • Product deletedRuns when a product is deleted from the catalog, with its ID and when it happened.
  • New abandoned cartRuns when a shopper leaves items in their cart without finishing checkout, with their email and what's in the cart. Carts already there when the workflow is turned on don't start it.
  • New product reviewRuns when a customer reviews a product, with the rating, the review and who wrote it. Needs the read_reviews access scope on the custom app.
