How it works
What happens on each run, in plain English.
Monthly sales numbers usually mean opening Shopify and adding things up. On the 1st of each month at 9:00 this reads last month's paid orders and emails you three figures: how many orders there were, the total revenue and the best-selling product.
It reads up to the 250 most recent orders in the month, so a very busy store should treat the figures as a floor.
