Triggers

Start a workflow when something happens in Wiki.js.

  • New pageRuns when a page is added to Wiki.js, or to the folder or tag you choose, with its content as Markdown. Pages already there when the workflow is turned on don't start it.
  • Page updatedRuns when a page in Wiki.js, or in the folder or tag you choose, is edited or moved, with what it says now as Markdown. Edits made before the workflow was turned on don't start it.

Actions

Steps a workflow can run in Wiki.js.

  • Create pagePublish a page at a path, such as meeting notes, a report or a policy, written in Markdown or HTML, with tags.
  • Update pageChange a page's content, by replacing it or adding to the end, its title, description or tags, or whether it's published. Fields left blank keep what the page has.
  • Get pageGet a page's details and what it says, as Markdown, HTML or plain text, such as for an AI step or an email.
  • Search pagesFind published pages with the wiki's own search, best match first.
  • List pagesList pages with a tag, in a folder or in a language, most recently updated first.
  • Move pageMove or rename a page by giving it a new path, or move it into another language. Its old address stops working.
  • Delete pageDelete a page from Wiki.js. It can't be restored from Lodol.
  • List tagsList every tag used on the wiki's pages, A to Z.
