Easy!Appointments

• New appointmentRuns when an appointment is booked, on the booking page, in the calendar or by another app, with its time, service, provider and customer.
• Appointment changedRuns when an upcoming appointment is rescheduled or its provider, service, status or notes change, with what changed and its time before.
• Appointment canceledRuns when an upcoming appointment is canceled by the customer or staff (which deletes it) or set to Cancelled, with its details as they were.

• Book appointmentBook a service with a provider for a customer, found by email or added. Checks the time is free first, as the booking page does.
• Get available timesGet the free times for a service on a day, with one provider or every provider who offers it, as the booking page shows them.
• Get appointmentGet an appointment with its time, status, service, provider and customer, and the customer's link to change it.
• Find appointmentsFind appointments by day, provider, service, customer email or status, soonest first. With nothing to go on, lists the ones still to come.
• Reschedule appointmentMove an appointment to a new time, and to another provider if asked, keeping its length. Checks the new time is free first.
• Update appointmentChange an appointment's status (such as Confirmed), notes, location or video meeting link. Only the fields filled in change.
• Cancel appointmentCancel an appointment, which deletes it as Easy!Appointments' own cancel does and emails the customer and provider. Returns it as it was.
• Create or update customerUpdate the customer with this email address, or add them if Easy!Appointments doesn't have them. Only the fields filled in change.
• Find customersFind customers by name, email address or phone number, or list the newest.
• List servicesList the services customers can book, with their length, price, location and category.
• List providersList the providers appointments are booked with, with their contact details, time zone and the services they offer.
