What each app adds

Shopify

Triggers

  • New orderRuns when an order is placed in your store, paid or not. Use Order paid to run only once the money is in.
  • Order paidRuns when an order in your store is fully paid, at checkout for most orders or later for one paid by invoice.
  • Order shippedRuns when everything on an order in your store has shipped. An order shipped in parts runs it once, when the last part goes.
  • New customerRuns when a customer is added to your store, whether they sign up, check out for the first time or are added by your team.
  • New productRuns when a product is added to your store, whether it's published straight away or saved as a draft, with its title, price and stock.

Actions

  • List productsFind products in your store by words, status, type, vendor, tag or when they were added. With no filters, it lists the whole catalogue, most recently changed first.
  • Get a productGet everything about one product: its description, status and price range, each of its variants with their stock, and the collections it is in.
  • Create a productAdd a product to your store. It starts as a draft that shoppers can't see, unless you choose another status.
  • Update a productChange a product's title, description, type, vendor, tags, web address or status. Only the fields you fill in change, and setting the status to Active puts a draft on sale.
  • Delete a productDelete a product with its variants and images, for good. For a product that has been ordered, set its status to Archived with Update a product instead, so past orders still show it.
  • List product variantsList the variants of one product, or search them across the store. A variant is one version of a product, such as a size or colour, with its own price, SKU and stock.

  • New subscriberRuns for each new subscriber to a Mailchimp audience, with their email, name and tags. Subscribers already there when the workflow is turned on don't start it.
  • UnsubscribedRuns each time someone unsubscribes from a Mailchimp audience, with their email, name and the reason they gave.

Actions

  • Create an audienceCreate a new Mailchimp audience with contact and sender defaults.
  • List audiencesList your Mailchimp audiences.
  • Get campaign resultsGet how email campaigns performed: for each campaign sent in the period, its name, when it went out, how many people it reached, and its open rate and click rate as percentages (23.4 means 23.4%).
  • Add member to audienceAdd or subscribe a contact to a Mailchimp audience.
  • Update member statusUpdate the subscription status of a member in an audience.
  • Remove member from audienceRemove a subscriber from a Mailchimp audience.
