Seafile

• New file in folderRuns when a file is added to a Seafile folder: uploaded, moved or copied in. Choose whether files in the folders inside it count too. Files already there when the workflow is turned on don't start it.
• File updatedRuns when a file in a Seafile folder gets new content: edited, or replaced by an upload with the same name. A file just added doesn't count; use New file in folder for that.

• List librariesList the libraries the account can open: its own, ones shared with it, and its groups'.
• List folderList the files and folders in a folder, folders first, with their sizes and when they changed.
• Get file detailsLook up a file or folder: its size, when it last changed and who changed it, and its link.
• Search filesFind files and folders whose name contains some words, most recently changed first.
• Upload filePut a file in a folder, such as an email attachment or a PDF made in an earlier step, or save text as a file.
• Download fileDownload a file for later steps, such as attaching it to an email. A text file of 1 MB or less is also given as text.
• Create folderMake a folder, and any folders above it that aren't there yet. Nothing changes if it's already there.
• Move file or folderMove a file or folder into another folder, in the same library or another one.
• Copy file or folderCopy a file or folder into another folder, in the same library or another one.
• Rename file or folderGive a file or folder a new name, in the same folder.
• Delete file or folderDelete a file or folder. It goes to the library's trash, where it can be restored for as long as the library keeps its history.
• Create share linkMake a link anyone can open a file or folder with, to send to someone, with a password and end date if you like.
• Delete share linkStop a share link working, so nobody can open it any more.
