Triggers

Start a workflow when something happens in ArcGIS Online.

  • New Survey123 responseRuns when someone submits a response to a Survey123 survey. Responses already there when it's turned on don't start runs.
  • New featureRuns when a feature (a row) is added to a layer, from a map, an app, a form or another workflow. Features already there when it's turned on don't start runs.
  • Feature updatedRuns when a feature in a layer is changed. The layer must have editor tracking on, which records when each feature was last edited.
  • New itemRuns when an item (a map, layer, survey, app or file) is added to your organization. Needs an API key.
