What it does

The integration steps this workflow runs, in the order it first runs them.

  2. 2OpenAIQuery model
  3. 3TelegramSend message

How it works

Everything the template sets up, and what to fill in before the first run.

A calendar notification tells you a meeting exists. This tells you what your day is: every weekday at 07:00 it reads the calls booked on your calendar for today and sends one message to your own Telegram chat, each call on its own with the time, the title, who is coming and a line on what to have ready.

The time and the title are copied from the calendar entry, never written by the model - so a reminder cannot tell you the wrong hour. The one line that is written for you is checked before it is used: every run of digits in it has to appear in the calendar entry it was written from, and a line that states a figure the entry does not is dropped. You still get the call, the time and the guests; you just do not get an invented number attached to them.

Only calls carrying a Google Meet link are read, because that is what the calendar can be asked for - a blocked-out afternoon or a dentist appointment with no video link will not appear. An entry with no start time is left out and counted at the foot of the message rather than listed without a time.

Fill in 'telegramChatId' with the chat your bot should message and 'whatToNote' with what you want called out about each call, in your own words. Nothing is booked, moved or cancelled - it only reads and sends. On a day with nothing booked it says so, so silence always means the workflow did not run.
