How it works
Everything the template sets up, and what to fill in before the first run.
Actions agreed in a meeting evaporate as soon as everyone closes the call. Once a day this workflow reads the notes of your latest recorded meetings, pulls out the follow-ups people committed to, and adds one Airtable row per action so they are tracked like any other work.
Only actions with a clear task are recorded. An owner is never invented: when the notes do not say who took something on, the row is filed with the owner 'Unassigned' and the status 'Needs an owner', and a recap email lists those so somebody picks them up. Rows are only ever added, never edited or removed.
Re-running is safe. Each row records the meeting it came from in a 'Meeting ID' column, and a meeting whose id is already in the table is skipped - so the same actions are never filed twice. If that check cannot be made the meeting is left for the next run rather than risking duplicates.
Your table needs six columns, spelled exactly: Task, Owner, Due, Meeting, Meeting ID and Status. The workflow writes to those names directly, so renaming a column in Airtable means editing the matching step here.
To set it up, choose your Airtable base in the 'taskBaseId' step, name the table in 'taskTableName', and put the address that should receive the recap in 'recapEmail'. Adjust 'meetingsToCheck' if you hold more than ten meetings a day.
