Steps a workflow can run in Pastefy.

  • Create a pasteShare text or code as a paste and get its link. It can go in a folder, carry tags, delete itself after a while, or be encrypted with a password.
  • Create a multi-file pasteShare several named files as one paste, each highlighted for its own language, such as a script with its log or config.
  • Get a pasteRead a paste's text, files, tags and details. An encrypted paste is decrypted with its password or secret link.
  • Update a pasteChange a paste's title, text or files, who can open it, its folder, tags or when it is deleted. Blank fields stay as they are.
  • Delete a pastePermanently delete one of your pastes. Its link stops working at once. A paste that is already gone counts as deleted.
  • List pastesList your own pastes, newest first, optionally only those matching some words or carrying a tag.
  • Search public pastesFind public pastes anyone shared on Pastefy: the newest, what is trending, or the most popular, optionally matching some words or a tag.
  • Create a folderCreate a folder to keep pastes in, at the top level or inside one of your folders.
  • List foldersList all your folders, top down, each with its path, such as Projects / Lodol.
  • Get a folderList the pastes and subfolders in a folder. Someone else's folder works too, by its link, showing what they share.
  • Delete a folderPermanently delete one of your folders, with its subfolders and the public and unlisted pastes in them, as deleting it on Pastefy does. Private pastes in it are kept. A folder that is already gone counts as deleted.
