Hyland OnBase

• New OnBase documentRuns when a document of a document type is stored in OnBase, optionally only one with a keyword value, with its details and keyword values. Documents already there when the workflow is turned on don't run it.
• OnBase document gets a keyword valueRuns when a document of a document type comes to have a keyword value, such as Status Approved, whether it was stored with it or changed to it. Runs once per document, for documents dated in the last 90 days.

• List document typesList the document types the OnBase user can see, with their ids.
• Get document type keywordsList the keyword types a document type takes, with the values a new document gets by default.
• Find keyword typesLook up keyword types by their names or ids.
• Upload documentStore a new document in OnBase under a document type, with its keyword values. Give a file, or text to store as a text file.
• Get documentGet a document's name, document type, dates and status.
• Get document keywordsGet a document's keyword values, by keyword type.
• Update document keywordsSet some of a document's keyword values, keeping the others as they are. A keyword left blank is cleared.
• Download documentGet the file of a document's latest revision, for later steps to attach, read or send.
• Search documentsFind documents of a document type whose keywords match, and whose document date falls in a range.
