How it works
Everything the template sets up, and what to fill in before the first run.
Point this at the landing pages you care about and it reads each one the way a conversion specialist would, then writes what it found into a Google Sheet as rows you can work through.
Each page is fetched and reviewed against the things that actually lose sign-ups: a call to action that is buried or vague, messaging that never says what the product is or who it is for, layout that puts competing links in front of the offer, missing proof a stranger would believe, and forms asking for more than they need. The review comes back as separate findings rather than a score, and each one lands in the sheet as its own row - the area, what is wrong in the page's own words, and the change to make - so a page review turns into a to-do list instead of a paragraph nobody acts on.
Rows are only ever added, so the sheet becomes a record of what you were told and when, and you can see whether last month's notes were acted on. A page that will not load, or that comes back as an error, is reported and skipped rather than reviewed as if it were fine, and one page that fails does not abandon the rest.
To set it up: list your pages in the 'pageUrls' step, describe the offer and the audience in 'offerAndAudience', and paste the sheet's address into 'reportSheetUrl'. The tab is created with its headings the first time the workflow runs.
