How it works

Most drafting workflows hand you a finished post and ask yes or no, which is the most expensive moment to find out the angle was wrong. This stops twice. It takes the next topic off your plan that has not been through review, has an outline written, and hands control back to you: approve it and the post gets written to that outline, or type what you want different and nothing is written at all.
The second stop is before anything reaches your site. You see the whole draft and you type publish for it to go live. Anything else - a note, a typo, or nobody being there at all - saves it in WordPress as a draft instead. Silence never publishes.
The post's title is the Topic cell exactly as you wrote it, not a title the model invented, and a draft that comes back too short to be a post is recorded and stopped rather than sent.
Two tabs, one spreadsheet. Your plan tab needs a column headed Topic and may have one headed Angle, which is passed to the writer as extra direction; every other column is read past and never written to. Your record tab is the workflow's own: create it first with these headers in row 1 - Topic, Recorded on, Decision, Post ID, Link, Your note - because the Topic column is how it knows what it has already done. If that tab cannot be read the run stops without writing anything.
One topic per run, and every outcome is recorded, so a topic is never offered twice. To have another go at one, add it to the plan again.
