How it works
Everything the template sets up, and what to fill in before the first run.
Works down your content plan once a day. For every topic that has not been through review yet, AI writes the post in your house style, the full draft is emailed to your reviewer, and the workflow then waits for them to approve it. Nothing counts as done until a person has answered.
Type approve to record the topic as approved. Type anything else and it is recorded as changes requested, with what you typed kept as the note. If nobody answers, the topic is recorded as 'No answer' - the draft is already sitting in the reviewer's inbox, so it is never lost, and the topic is not drafted a second time on the next run.
Your plan tab needs a column headed Topic; each topic becomes one post. An optional column headed Angle is passed to the writer as extra direction. Every other column is left alone - this workflow never writes to your plan tab.
Every decision is appended to its own tab ('Draft Approvals' by default, created on the first run) with the topic, the status, the reviewer's notes and the date. That log is what stops a re-run drafting the same topic twice, so a topic is only ever written up again if you remove its row. A topic whose draft or email fails is left unlogged and picked up next time.
Fill in 'planSpreadsheetUrl', 'planTabName', 'reviewerEmail' and 'audienceAndStyle' before the first run. 'maxDraftsPerRun' caps how many topics one run may put through review, because each one waits for a person.
