How it works
Everything the template sets up, and what to fill in before the first run.
Add your bot to a Telegram chat, write 'weather London', and it answers with what OpenWeatherMap currently reports there: the conditions, the temperature and what it feels like, humidity and wind. Multi-word places work, and so does a postal code or a name with a country code such as Paris,FR when the plain name is ambiguous.
It reports the readings that came back and nothing more. It does not warn about severe weather, because a current-conditions reading is not a warning and dressing it up as one would be worse than saying nothing. Any reading the service does not return is left out of the reply rather than shown as zero.
The keyword matters: the bot only answers messages that start with the word you set in the 'weatherKeyword' step, so it stays quiet in a busy group instead of replying to everything. Fill that step in - 'weather' works well. A place it cannot find gets a reply saying so, with a hint about adding a country code.
Temperatures are in Celsius by default. Change the 'units' step to imperial for Fahrenheit and miles per hour, or standard for Kelvin; the reply labels whichever came back. Replies go to the chat the question came from.
