What it does

The integration steps this workflow runs, in the order it first runs them.

How it works

Everything the template sets up, and what to fill in before the first run.

Every Monday this workflow fetches each web page you list, reads the wording on it, and adds one Airtable row per page holding the page's title, a one-sentence description, and the search terms the page targets. Over a few weeks that becomes a keyword table for your whole site.

Every term recorded has to appear on the page itself: the workflow checks each suggested term against the page's own wording and drops any it cannot find, and a page where nothing survives that check gets no row at all rather than a row of invented terms. It records no search volume, difficulty or ranking, because none of that is measured here.

Before reading a page the workflow asks Airtable whether that exact address is already in the table, so a page is never recorded twice - and if that question cannot be answered the page is left for the next run rather than written blind. A page that cannot be fetched is reported and skipped, and the rest of the list still runs.

Set it up by listing your page addresses one per line in the 'pageUrls' step and naming your base and table in the 'airtableBaseId' and 'airtableTableName' steps. Your table needs four text fields, named exactly: Page URL, Page Title, Summary, Keywords. How many pages are read per run is editable on its own step.
