How it works

Keep the pictures you need in a Google Sheet - one brief per row - and this works down the list, generates each one against your brand guidelines, files it in Box, and writes the link back beside the brief that produced it.
Lay the tab out with 'Image link' in column A, 'Name' in column B and 'Brief' in column C. Column A is the only cell the workflow ever writes to, so anything you keep further right is left alone. 'Name' is a short label - 'Q3 blog header', 'Pricing page social card' - and becomes the file name in Box; 'Brief' is what the picture should show.
Each brief is turned into an image prompt by an AI step that applies your brand guidelines - the colours, mood and level of detail you describe once in the 'brandGuidelines' step - so the set holds together instead of looking like eight different brands. The brief is never sent to the image generator as you wrote it: if it names or describes a real person, that row is skipped and nothing is generated for it.
A row that already has a link in column A is left alone, so you can add briefs to the bottom of the sheet and run it again without paying to remake anything. 'maxImagesPerRun' caps how many are generated in one go; run it again to carry on. A brief that fails - the generator refuses it, Box rejects the upload - is named in the run log and the rest carry on.
Fill in 'spreadsheetUrl', 'brandGuidelines' and 'boxFolderId' to set it up. 'aspectRatio' and 'imageStyle' set the shape and look of every image.
