How it works

Every morning this workflow reads the calls booked in the hours ahead, picks out the guests who are not on your own domains, searches the web for each of them by name, and emails you one briefing covering everyone you are about to meet.
It is written to be checkable rather than confident. Every person's note is followed by the search results it was written from, with links, so you can see where a claim came from. A person the search finds nothing about is reported as 'no public information was found' rather than described from guesswork, and the model is told to write nothing that a quoted result does not state - no job title, no employer, no history, and nothing at all about anyone's personal life.
Guests on the domains you list are never looked up, so your own colleagues are left alone. A guest booked with no name is skipped rather than searched for by email address, the same person booked into two calls is covered once, and the number of people researched per run is capped so a busy day cannot turn into dozens of searches.
Set it up by putting your address in the 'briefRecipient' step and your own company's email domain, plus personal domains such as gmail.com, in the 'ownEmailDomains' step. How far ahead it looks and how many people it researches are editable on their own steps.
