Most questions asked in a team channel have already been answered somewhere in Notion - the problem is that nobody can find the page. This workflow runs the moment a question is posted in the channel you choose: it searches your Notion workspace for pages that match the question, opens each match to read its title, link and property values, and drafts an answer built only from what those pages say, citing each page by name.
It is deliberately unable to answer from anything else. If the search comes back empty, or the pages it found do not cover the question, it says so in the thread and stops rather than filling the gap from general knowledge - an invented answer that looks like it came from your own documentation is the expensive failure here.
Nothing written by the model reaches the channel unreviewed. The draft is shown to you in full with its sources; type 'post' and it goes into the thread with the page links attached. Anything else - including an unattended run - and only the Notion page links are shared, so the person who asked always gets something to read and never gets an unchecked answer.
It reads what Notion exposes to a search: page titles, links, and the property values on each page. A knowledge base kept as a Notion database, where the answer lives in a property, is what it grounds on best.
To set it up, choose the Slack channel questions arrive in on the trigger step, and describe your team in 'teamContext'.
